Have been for a long time a very consequent vegetarian , since 2006 took more and more interest in very healthy nutrition . Since mid- 2010, have been enjoying making daily fruit and greens/veg smoothies , and now my diet is very high in fruit , with some greens/vegs , some nuts/seeds , almost completely raw and and almost completely vegan , do use some eggs , but no milkproducts , no soyaproducts , no processed food at all , almost never cereals , no sugar ( except occasionally honey ) , ...

get as much nutritional information as possible by reading books and internet-articles , this to avoid any mistakes in your diet which could endanger your long-term health
